the activity you have linked us to is good hence it does help to enhance teaching and learning in mathematics.
However, the topic is on measurement..so we were expecting teaching on measurement involving length, mass or volume of liquid using calculator...as far as we are concerned days of week is in the topic of time.

Wow, what a wonderful presentation!
It's a new exploration of using calculator to teach math. But, using calculator is really help students learn about numbers. These calculators are particularly effective in allowing students to see a whole formula or equation because there are two lines of text visible in the window. Although again, there is no evidence that these tools related directly to improved student outcomes, the calculator introduced the students to early mathematical concepts, including fractions and beginning algebra. It is possible that this feature might be helpful to students with short-term memory deficits.
So, let us admit that using calculator is interactive ways to teach math.

Yes agree with the previous group. The activity is interesting yet give meaningful learning experience to the students. In fact, it allows the students to learn in more interesting way as the use of calculator is being integrated.Maybe this is not enough to expose the children to use calculator in class.Perhaps we can explore more interesting games and activites involving the use of calculator in mathematics classroom.Let us be resourceful in making teaching and learning mathematics more interesting and motivating =)
